ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE

Your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be undertaken by a friendly Qualified & Certified Energy Assessor.

During our visit we produce accurate, clear digital floor plans of your property.

RETROFIT ASSESSOR

Working with Local companies to undertake Retrofit Assessments on local authority and private homes.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

From the 1st of April 2008 its become a legal requirement that all homes being sold or being rented need a valid Energy Performance Certificate so the new owners or tenants are informed on how energy efficient their new home will be.

This Certifcate will be valid for 10 years.

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a document helping new Buyers or Tenants to understand the property's energy efficiency and environmental impact rating by means of a coloured rating scheme. This document will highlight where improvements need to be made and what the cost savings can be.
